CrossFit New Beginning is based in the Hills District of Sydney Australia. We were established in 2012 and have been at the forefront of changing peoples lives through movement, nutrition and support.

CrossFit methodology (constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relative intensity) is the best way to progress our members towards a stronger, fitter and happier life! CrossFit has evolved immensely since the early days and we have as well. We now offer Functional Bodybuilding Classes (Strength & Hypertrophy), Sweat classes (Aerobic Capacity & Endurance), Barbell Classes (Strength & Efficiency with the barbell movements), Gymnastics Classes (Bodyweight Calisthenics relating to our core programs), CrossFit Kids (A mix of functional movements in a fun based environment to teach kids to move well & have fun for life), CrossFit Teens (An introductory program teaching youth the fundamental functional movements and building confidence as they progress to adulthood), Active Classes (Beginner friendly program for everyday strength and Fitness) and Athletic Classes (CrossFit Program)

STEP ONE:

Consultation

Complete our online waiver and one of our coaches will be in touch to book you in for a consultation so we can chat about your goals and check we are a good match for each other.

STEP TWO:

Movement Screen and Fundamentals Overview

After your consultation, our coaches will take you through a movement screen and run you through our fundamental movements. Complete this successfully and you’re good to start your first class.

STEP THREE:

General Classes

After your consultation and screening, you are ready to start your new adventure and join us in our general classes.

OUR  TEAM

Our coaches are CrossFit® L1, L2, weightlifting, gymnastics, football and kids certified, holding Certificate 3 & 4 in personal training, working with children check and first aid. Our staff are always ready to motivate and offer advice.
