STEP TWO:

Create a Customised Plan

Following your consultation our Nutrition & Fitness Coaches will work with you to create a simple and sustainable plan to reach your goals.

STEP THREE:

Get Started and See the Results

It’s time to put the plan into action and start your Nutrition & Fitness journey. Your Coach will be with you every step of the way, to guide you and make adjustments as you go.

OUR  TEAM

Our coaches are CrossFit® L1, L2, weightlifting, gymnastics, and kids certified, holding Certificate 3 & 4 in personal training, working with children check and first aid. Our staff are always ready to motivate and offer advice.

I’ve been a member for just over 3 years now. I have always enjoyed group training as I am not very self-motivated. My wife and I recently signed up to a nutrition challenge. The coaches gave a very informative seminar on fasting and whole foods, they set up a private Facebook page for all participants to share food pics, recipes and offer advice or support etc. My wife and I found it very well structured and we were both quite successful in our weight loss. I am now the same weight that I was in high school.
