New Beginning Performance is based in the Hills District of Sydney Australia. We were established in 2012 and have been at the forefront of changing peoples lives through movement, nutrition and support.
Our fantastic training facility has been specifically designed and set up to help you achieve your health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

Get started with our 1 on 1 Fundamentals Induction specifically designed for newcomers, and you will be ready to start your New Beginning in no time!
Our coaches are CrossFit® L1, L2, weightlifting and football certified, holding Bachelor Degrees in Human Movement, Masters in Exercise Science, Certificate 3 & 4 in personal training, working with children check and first aid. Our staff are always ready to motivate and offer advice.
Sport has always been a huge part Matt’s life. When he was younger he suffered two knee ACL ruptures. As a consequence of these injuries, he decided to dedicate his life to sports performance and rehabilitation of injuries. In 2009, Matt finished his Masters degree in Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning).
Emily has always been involved in team sports, playing cricket, basketball, volleyball, netball and touch football, at a school rep level. Emily has been playing netball for over 8 years, and enjoys playing at a competitive level. When Emily left school, she was searching for a team environment where she could be pushed further. That’s when she found CrossFit.
Alex played Rugby Union in NZ from a young age in to his early twenties. Alex joined the Army in 2009 has since become a Combat Fitness Leader in the Army, running his unit through various physical training methods. In 2013 he was looking for something new in fitness so he gave CrossFit ago, since then he hasn’t looked back. Alex also has a black belt in Karate.
Chantal developed a love of sport and fitness mainly influenced by her Dad. She started in health as an ICU nurse and moved into a preventative health vocation as a PT 8 years ago. She has since received qualifications as a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning coach and Weightlifting coach. Chantal has enjoyed training and competing in CrossFit and Bodybuilding the last 6 years.
The coaching team manage my knee injuries, by scaling workouts allowing me to still train hard. I love the programming that caters for people of all different fitness levels.
